Pacific Coast Appraisal Service was founded by Matthew Eshoo in 1993. Mr. Eshoo is a Certified General Appraiser, specializing in both commercial and residential valuations in Sonoma, Marin, Napa and Mendocino Counties.

Clients range from numerous direct lenders to attorneys, accountants, private money lenders, and individual property owners.

Pacific Coast Appraisal is compliant with the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) and with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Mr. Eshoo is federally approved and state certified.

Pacific Coast Appraisal service not only provides conventional appraisals but also FHA appraisals (approved on the FHA Roster), Estate-Trust (retro-active to date-of-passing) appraisals, loss mitigation, field and desk reviews, REO appraisals, relocation, foreclosure and divorce appraisals.
